Ex-Hitman to attend Blackhawks Camp

Wayne, NJ - The Jersey Hitmen are proud to announce that three year veteran, John Morea, was one of 53 prospects invited to attend the Chicago Blackhawks Prospect Camp. The camp will be held from July 6-10 at Johnny's Ice House in Chicago, IL.  Only recent Blackhawk draft picks, highly sought after free-agents and free-agent signings were invited to participate in the camp.  

Morea skated with the Hitmen from the inaugural 2004 season through 2007. In 122 career games with the Hitmen Morea compiled a 25-50-75 line. John was a three time EJHL All-Star from 05-07, scoring a hat-trick in the 2007 All-Star game and consequently named the game's #1 Star.

Morea, a 5'10 190lb right shot forward from Brooklyn, NY, split time last season between the ECHL and the EPHL.
