Hitmen forward chooses Hamilton
Wayne, NJ - The Jersey Hitmen are proud to announce that left wing, Mike Dimare, has committed to Hamilton College for the fall of 2010. The current EJHL offensive player of the week and 9th leading scorer in the EJHL chose Hamilton due to their strong academic profile and excellent hockey program.
"After I visited Hamilton, I knew that is where I wanted to go," said Dimare. "I loved the coaching staff, the facilities were great and it is a tremendous school. I really fell in love with the campus and look forward to suiting up for Coach Bazin and Johnson next season." Dimare went on to say, "I would really like to thank my parents for supporting me through the years both on and off the ice, and affording me the opportunity to accomplish my dream of playing college hockey. I would also like to thank my teammates and the Hitmen staff for helping me to get to Hamilton. I am excited to finish off the season with another EJHL title, then moving on to a great career in Clinton, NY...."
