CONTE BROTHERS MAKE HITMEN HISTORY

John Conte (Hitmen 05-06) and brother Dave Conte (Hitmen 06-08) had the honor and pleasure of playing against each other for their respective colleges on December 4 and 5 at Penn State University.

John, now a senior at Penn State University has played over 120 games in his PSU career and serves as a Captain for the team. Dave, a defensemen like his older brother, was a member of the 07-08 EJHL championship team and plays for the University of Delaware team. The brothers started the games for their respective teams being not only an honor for their families, but also the Hitmen program which continues to produce top quality college players. Both Penn State and Delaware are members of the ACHA Div1 League and are expecting a bid to the National Tournament in Chicago this April. The youngest of the Conte brothers, Michael, is a current member of the Hitmen Empire Junior Hockey League team. Having three brothers to play for the Hitmen organization is a first, and an honor for the Conte family. Dave is joined at the University of Delaware by Hitmen Alumni Kevin Miller and Peter Crampton.
