Alumni Commits
The Jersey Hitmen are proud to announce that former defensemen Craig Wyszomirski has committed to Providence College for the 2011. Wyszomirski becomes the first player from the U-19/Jr B chapter of the program to sign with a Division 1 school.
After a solid season patrolling the Hitmen blueline in 2008-09 (47 games played / 3G-15A-18P), Wyszomirski took his game to the Gunnery School this fall. Standing a towering 6’4” and posting a 4-13-17 line in 22 games played has put Craig in a position to be a true freshman upon his arrival at Providence.
“Craig is a fantastic kid with a bright future.” Commented coach Barling. “I could not be happier to see that Craig has reached his goal, and I wish him nothing but the best.”
Craig is the son of Andy and Beatie Wyszomirski of Mahwah, NJ.
