The Jersey Hitmen Empire team kicked off the month of December this past weekend in dominant fashion, beating the Elmira Jr Jackals by a combined score of 23-3.

Saturday night saw eight different Hitmen light the lamp, including Scott Steinel’s first goal of the season and the first career goal for Mark Powell. Tim Clifton lead the onslaught with a five point night while Pete Crampton, Ali Thomas, Connor Leen, Kenny Pilanski, and Steinel chipped in three points a piece. Michael Conte and Collin MacDonald also had two points a piece. Kyle Shapiro picked up the victory in the 10-1 victory.

Sunday the offense was even more lethal posting 13 goals on the day. Clifton would again lead the way posting six points, including a hattrick, on the day. Michael Conte continued his strong weekend with a hattrick of his own and added an assist for a four point day. Anthony Daniels produced a strong game with a goal and four assists while Kenny Pilanski and Nick Lotito posted three assists each on the day. Ali Thomas also posted four points on the day with two goals and two assists. Matt Braun earned his 12^th win of the season in the victory.
