Week 7 - North/Mid Atlantic Players of the Week

PREMIER DIVISION
 
Forward of the Week
Zach Ruley, NY Aviators
 
Zach had 10 points in 4 games helping lead the Aviators to a 4-0 finish at the IHC Showcase.  With his efforts he also moved himself into a tie for the leading scorer overall in the Premier. Zach has really bought in to the NY Aviator team concept. He is combining his skill with a very strong work ethic and he is starting to see the results of his efforts.
 
Defenseman of the Week
Coltin Craigo, Jersey Hitmen
 
Coltin Craigo had a goal and an assist last weekend at the IHC showcase.  Coltin is a smooth skating two way defenseman who sits 9th on the Hitmen team in points with 5 goals and 7 assists.
 
Goalie of the Week
Matt Radder, Northern Cyclones
 
Matt won his first two games of the season. These were Matt's first games after recovering from Knee Surgery last January. He let in 1 goal in two games this past weekend.
 
ELITE DIVISION
 
Forward of the Week
Jared Lamothe, Islanders Hockey Club
 
Jared Lamothe is the team captain and had 7 goals and 3 assists (10 PTS) at the IHC showcase.  This lead his team to a 4-0-0 weekend sweep. 
 
Defenseman of the Week
Kieran Gardner, Junior Bruins
 
Gardner racked up 7 points this past weekend at the IHC Showcase.  Overall, he has 23 points and is the leader for his team.
 
Goalie of the Week
Trevor Stenberg, Jersey Hitmen
 
Trevor Stenberg was stellar in his two outings this past weekend stopping 14 shots for the shutout against the Northern Cyclones leading the Hitmen to the 1-0 win, and stopping 18 in the 2-1 Overtime win against the N.H. Jr Monarchs becoming the third different goalie for the Hitmen to record a shutout this season.
