Wayne, NJ - The Jersey Hitmen edged the Hartford Wolfpack in a 3-2 OT win Saturday night and 4-2 win for the weekend sweep.

The Hitmen were down 1-0 to the Wolfpack early in the first until newcomer Jack Keryluk (1) scored his first of the season tying the game at one a peice.   Keryluk also added an assist on Abel Christians (12) tying goal late in the 3rd period.  In overtime, both teams shared chances but Andrew Dreher (11) scored his 11th goal of the season finishing on a beautiful back door pass by Braden Ploehn with 1.9 seconds remaining in OT.  Starter Cole Mulholland made 40 saves for the win improving his record to 8-6 with a 2.63 GAA and a .909 SV%.

In Game 2, the Hitmen took an early 1-0 lead but the Wolfpack answered back with 2 unanswered goals.  The Hartford lead lasted midway through the 2nd until Matt Paiotti (7) scored on a partial breakaway for his 7th goal of the season.  The Hitmen went on to score 2 unanswered goals in the 3rd sealing the win and the sweep. Austin Master (8,9) lead the way with 2 goals including the game winner and Charles Stewart (13) added the insurance with his 13th goal and team leading 30th point.  Trevor Osborne made 30 saves for his 8th win of the season and now sports a .287 GAA and a .903 SV%.

Head Coach Dan Henningson on the weekend, "I thought Cole was great for us on Saturday night.  We didn't play great in front of him, giving up too many odd man rushes and he held us in it and gave us a chance to win in OT.  We were much better Sunday and played a better team game.  It was nice to bounce back from the Syracuse weekend and get the sweep."
