In regards to visiting teams playing games at the Ice Vault, if the Athletic Trainer is not in office, the coaches will be responsible for collecting the paperwork. The paperwork includes a symptom checklist and temperature check for visiting teams that each member of the team and the coaches need to fill out. This can be done at the Ice Vault, or it can be sent to the opposing team prior to their arrival. The paperwork then needs to be given to the Athletic Trainer, so it can keep it on file.
