The Jersey Hitmen organization takes great pride in their High School Friendly Junior Elite Program. The players get the exposure they need to move on to the next level while also representing their local high schools. Prior to the start of the high school season in mid-November the Hitmen gave every opponent a real run for their money. The Hitmen upset several higher ranked teams in the North East and gave the Southern teams a definitive challenge at the USPHL Winter Showcase. The boys are back together, healthy and very excited to represent Hitmen Nation at the USPHL Elite National Championships at Merrimack College in mid-March.

Jim Raymond, Head Coach was quoted as saying - “Having one of the youngest teams in the league presents it’s challenges. This year we rostered 12 players under 18 yrs. old including 16 rookies. Each of the players rose to their individual challenges and all contributed to what Raymond calls “The Machine”. Our 8 returning veterans C-Kris Kourgelis, AC-Tyler Botta, AC-Ryan Andrews, AC-Liam Heffernan, Vinny Hunt, Evan Granier, James Sandberg & Sean Mason all assisted in setting the tone & culture for what it takes to represent the Hitmen organization.” Raymond is very excited to see his boys rise to the upcoming challenge and looks forward to playing the league’s best.
