The longtime Jersey Hitmen standout saved his best junior hockey season for last. In 47 games in the circuit, McLinskey recorded 24 goals and 46 assists. He was named the NCDC Most Valuable Player while leading the league in assists and points. For the Pearl River, N.Y., native, it wasn’t just individual success. His performance on a night in and night out basis helped Toby Harris’ team win the NCDC regular-season and playoff championships.
