EIGHT USPHL PLAYERS APPEAR ON CENTRAL SCOUTING MIDTERM RANKINGS

Toronto, ON- The NHL Central Scouting Bureau released its Midterm rankings for the 2015 NHL Draft, and three current USPHL players along with five alumni have made the list.

 

Leading the way for current players is John Marino of the South Shore Kings, who was ranked 64th among North American skaters. Lucas Michaud of the Portland Jr. Pirates appears in the 162nd spot and the Springfield Pics’ Daniel Gysi was ranked 210th.

 

Two Junior Bruins alumni appear: Jack Eichel was ranked second and Brien Diffley was ranked 139th. Islanders Hockey Club alumni Connor Moynihan (142) and Liam Darcy (156) were also ranked, as was former Jersey Hitmen star Joe Masonius, who appeared in the 201st spot.

 

The 2015 NHL Entry Draft will be held at the BB&T Center in Sunrise, FL, on June 26-27.
