Linemates combine for 14 points in weekend series

Arlington, MA - The Jersey Hitmen are proud to announce that Kevin Czepiel and Jeremy Langlois have been honored by the league for their play last weekend versus the NE Jr Falcons. Czepiel was named EJHL offensive player of the week for his eight point outburst against his former team. In the two games Czepiel netted one goal and added seven assists which sky rocketed him to 7th in EJHL league scoring.

Langlois was equally impressive on the weekend as he was named EJHL rookie of the week for the second time in four weeks. The Tempe, AZ native is having quite a season as Langlois has notched at least one point in each of the teams ten games, five of those games being multiple point games. After scoring the game winner on Saturday night, Langlois followed up in fine fashion with a three goal performance on Sunday, also adding two assists for a six point weekend. Langlois currently sits alone in 6th place in EJHL scoring.

This weekend Czepiel, Langlois and the rest of the Hitmen will suit up for a two game home stand versus the surging CD Selects. Game times are Saturday 5:45pm and Sunday 11:30am come on out to the Ice Vault for the action or watch the Hitmen via FASTHOCKEY.
