Wayne NJ - The Jersey Hitmen are proud to announce that 16U forward, Corey Clifton, has committed to Quinnipiac University.  Clifton, just completed his 3rd season with the Hitmen.

Clifton's commit also marks the 3rd consecutive year that Quinnipiac, back to back ECAC Champion, has committed a player from the HITMEN 16U team, following current premier players Alex Whelan and Khristian Acosta. It also marks the third Clifton brother to play for both the Hitmen and QU following his two older brothers Connor and Timmy to Hamden, CT.

"Corey is a very explosive offensive player with great skating skills, tremendous  vision,  and a real gift for putting the puck in the net," commented 16U head coach Bill Thompson. Congratulations goes out to Corey and the Clifton family for this tremendous accomplishment.
