SportsEngine Profiles

Thank you for being a part of the Jersey Hitmen family!

SportsEngine has many tools to assist families, players and coaches with communication - our web site and the SportsEngine app. To make the best use of these tools, we need your help to ensure we are using the correct information.

When you register for any of our events (such as tryouts) we ask you to create a SportsEngine profile for each child. The information you provide will be added to the profile so that subsequent registrations will use that information. This includes Name, Date of Birth, etc.

We ask that Parents/Guardians completing applications for any child use the NEW PLAYER option if this is your first time registering or select an existing profile.  A Parent should not be registered for any program.

Who are you registering?

In the above example, Mike Brady can register Greg Brady, Marsha Martin or select New Player to add a child to his account. The "Self" account shouldn't be selected unless you are specifically completing any registration designed to collect the Parent's information (such as the Billeting questionnaire).

Parents and Guardians

Parents and Guardians can be assigned to any player. The first Parent to complete any application will see the profiles for any child registered and controlled by that profile. You can visit your list of profiles by clicking here or visiting https://app.sportngin.com/user/profiles.

Mike Brady Profile

In this example, Mike Brady is the Parent and has three linked child accounts, Greg Brady, Bobby Brady and Marsha Martin. Clicking one of the profiles will open up options to edit the profile. You can save time completing registrations by adding information to the profile. This information will auto-fill registrations so you don't have to re-type it each time.

You can also add a picture to each profile by clicking the camera image next to the name (inside the circle with the profile's initials).

If you click a child's account, you can assign additional Parents/Guardians.

Guardians

If you click the + icon, you can invite someone via e-mail to be an additional Guardian.
