Open Tryout Information

To have a healthy successful culture, an organization needs a clear vision. For nearly 2 decades The Jersey Hitmen have operated a player centric cradle to college development model by establishing standards of conduct and performance designed to guide players, parents, and coaches to their ideal performance state. Today’s efforts become tomorrow’s results.

The Hitmen take pride in developing hard, thick skinned, highly skilled student-athletes with extraordinary hockey IQ’s and compete levels.

True player development takes a decade or more of purposeful training for an athlete to reach their full physical, emotional & cognitive potential.

This program is not for everyone. Finding the right players and not simply the best players remain the cornerstone of our success.

Designed for highly motivated & passionate student-athletes who are driven by the challenge of the process rather than those focused on chasing hollow victories, finding instant gratification & seeking to win the race to the wrong finish line.

The Hitmen High Performance Youth Program employs the same principles and establishes the same culture that has guided our nationally renowned junior organization to over 250 NCAA placements.

By utilizing long term athlete development principles and establishing a 10 month, age-appropriate training program, the Hitmen provide a unique development model designed to meet their specific needs on a year to year basis. Under supervised, age appropriate on and off ice training conducted by dedicated and qualified coaches, players are encouraged and provided the opportunity to become something more than ordinary.

In addition to Premier & Elite level Junior teams, for the 2023 - 2024 season the Jersey Hitmen will ice:
