Grew up and played HS hockey with Clifton HS graduating in 1997 where he was a 4 year varsity player who eclipsed 100 points and was NJ Record Athlete of the week in December 1995
Played for various travel programs from Mites – Midgets (NJ Mavericks and NJ Devils)
After HS, went to Quinnipiac University where he pursued officiating at the Junior A, B , Prep and High School levels.
He also gives back to the district by serving as Supervisor of officials. Previously served as Atlantic District Regional Coordinator in North Jersey to Leo Boylan (RIC), Atlantic District Seminar Ice Staff Coordinator.
Coaching career began with the NJ Bandits where he has been a coach at the Mite and Squirt levels for the past 7 seasons
As a hockey official he has worked in 4 USA Hockey National Championships, 6 NJ State Championships, and 10 Atlantic District Championships in a 20+ year officiating career.
He is going into his 10th season at the Ice Vault between Bandits – Hitmen coaching from Mites – Bantam level.
This will be his 3rd season as HC of the 07 team with a 77-44-7 record over first two seasons.
