Chad Dlugolecki has almost 15 years of coaching experience at the AAA level.  Chad spent 7 years coaching the NJ Devils Youth Midget Minor AAA team and 5 years representing the Atlantic District at the USA hockey nationals where his teams won 1 silver and 2 bronze medals.  During his tenure with the Devils, Chad's teams compiled an impressive record with 237 wins, 75 losses and 21 ties.

Chad has coached in the USA Hockey Festival Program for 6 years with players aged 14 to 17. He was also the head coach of the USA Atlantic District teams for the Toronto Marlies Classic and Chowder Cup teams.

Throughout his coaching career, Chad has helped players move onto the NHL, AHL, OHL, and accepted at NCAA Division 1 and 3 colleges.  Additionally, some of Chad's players have gone directly to the NTDP.  

Besides coaching at the Jersey Hitmen, Chad is a family adviser for prospective college hockey players with his company, Elite Hockey Training and Management.
